Steady progress at Linton Middle School in Penn Hills. The bulk of this project is now complete. A permanent waterproof membrane has been applied to the walls and the new drainage system has been installed. Now the new heating equipment being installed will be protected from the water intrusion that caused so much damage in the past. The heavy rains over the past few weeks have been a great test for our work and the interior of the building 8s completely dry.

There is a tunnel that connects this building to the school and this project included waterproofing the top of the tunnel where it meets this building. This was where the water penetration was the worst.
