Fox Chapel Crawl Space

This Fox Chapel home has had multiple additions over the years. With each addition, came a large crawlspace underneath the living area. The moisture level in these areas was off the charts. Even the best dehumidifiers at the local big box store are ineffective for such issues. Our guys installed over 1200 ft.² of heavy mil, vapor barrier throughout the crawlspace area. Our guys also installed high-end dehumidifier/air purification units. These units not only help control the moisture, but also provide air purification, and a very convenient, remote control, allowing you to adjust as necessary without having to crawl around. With our work complete, not only will the moisture level in the crawlspace, and moisture carrying upwards to the living space, be controlled, but we have also created a usable space for storage without the worries of moisture damage.
