Work continues at this Glenshaw home. The back storage area is an addition installed years ago with poor drainage. The thin floor and old terra-cotta walls mixed with block were not keeping the area dry. Our guys removed the existing floor, taking out enough soil and rock to create a proper base for new drainage and a new floor. With a the interior French drain and vapor barrier installed, the guys have prepped for the new cement floor.
